Biography

Toketsu was born into the village of the hidden rain along with his brother blu. He lived a simple life going through the typical ninja trials. One day late at night Toketsu noticed someone fall from the sky. When the boys reached the object they realized it was a heavenly object that fell from the skies. After much research the boys found of a village dedicated to a falling star that granted them great chakra. Toketsu used this opportunity to hone his skills and with a bit of practice quickly rose to the top of his class. Years passed and Toketsu had become irritable tired of the daily routine. One day he was approached by a scout from a evil organization called the Nueve Akuma who had heard of his potential. This began  his campaign in the organization. His time here found him in many dangerous situations and despite the thrill his body was ageing much faster than he anticipated. He was forced to retire after his legs gave out leaving him crippled. He traveled far with his childhood friend Masmik and they soon settled down in the mountains erecting a large tower where he lived the rest of his life and was eventually buried. 

Personality

Toketsu is known for his serious personality very rarely showing any kind of positive emotion. As a young child he sought power through the star to be the best of his village however as he got older his lust for power came from viewing his own mortality and seeking a way out of his way of life. In battle Toketsu remains calm thinking clearly and logically the most efficient way to end a battle.

Abilities

Toketsu was born into the Sidus clan granting him the Aquarius release a powerful water based chakra that paired with his wind nature granted him the ability to use Ice chakra as well. Later in his life Toketsu also gained powers from the meteor he found causing his chakra to become purple and with training and research Toketsu was able to use the Mysterious Peacock Method of the hidden star village. The purple chakra tinted his Ice styled jutsu causing it to be a light shade of purple causing him to dub his style as purple ice. Toketsu created several jutsu in his life time and expanded the possibilities of the mysterious peacock technique far beyond what the star village created.
